Background

Garden of Life needed packaging that could clearly communicate the purity and quality behind their products while standing out in a crowded health and wellness market. Their existing labels lacked visual hierarchy, making key ingredients and benefits easy to miss, and the overall shelf presence didn’t fully reflect the brand’s commitment to clean, trustworthy nutrition. The challenge was to create packaging that was visually compelling, easy to understand, and aligned with the brand’s reputation for transparency and integrity.

Defining a vision for growth

To ensure a seamless consumer experience, the design approach focused on clarity, consistency, and approachability. From front facing labels to side panels, every detail was structured to guide the eye naturally—highlighting key benefits, ingredients, and certifications at a glance. Color systems, typography, and iconography were unified across product lines, making it easy for customers to identify categories, compare options, and trust what they were choosing.

Crafting a distinct and authentic identity

Egrapfx created a cohesive label and package design system rooted in Garden of Life’s values of purity, wellness, and transparency. Clean layouts, clear benefit callouts, and fresh, natural-inspired visuals reinforced the brand’s identity and improved shelf recognition. Updated packaging not only enhanced product storytelling but also strengthened consumer trust and elevated overall brand presence. The final result was a modern, polished design system that supported both in-store appeal and digital visibility.
